I just read this on Quora. This is bullshit.
Privacy is a human right. It is in it’s infancy on the internet, but it still is. You get punished even shot if you violate it in physical world. Putting any business above human rights is a way to faschism or communism, choose your own preference.
Especially majority of ads businesses. Those are generating spam and low quality content adding no value more often than not. And don’t argue there are “good” ads businesses there. Some drugs are good for some people, you ok drug “business” investing in startups? I think ads business must be regulated as heavily as drugs, alcohol, tobacco and similar.
Yes, I totally agree startups drive innovation. Just don’t say innovation is above human rights. It’s all possible, just grow up a bit!
